David Glen Larson

Born and raised in Los Angeles, David Glen Larson’s love of photography began when he received a Kodak Ektralite camera for his tenth birthday. He later studied directing, cinematography, and screenwriting at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, and went on to write for film and television.

Drawn back to the power of the still image and the challenge of telling stories through light and composition, Larson returned his focus to photography. His current series, Working Artists, documents contemporary artists in the environments where their work is created.

His photographs have been exhibited in galleries across North America, Europe, and Asia.
